The share page is the receipt

When you send a limited share link, the page the other parent opens after entering their code is not a summary or a notification — it is the record itself. It is dated, tied to a one-time code only they could have used, and shows exactly the bills, tax documents, or payments dashboard you chose to include. If they respond (accept, dispute, or say they've already paid), that response is timestamped and attached to the same record.

On a Bill Extracts share, you can download that page as a PDF — a "Download receipt (PDF)" button sits above the table. It renders straight from the same data the live page shows, so it can never disagree with what the other parent actually saw. Save it, or keep the link itself; either one is your proof of what was billed and requested, and when.
